WARNING: UNAUTHORISED IMPERSONATION

Quickleap is an FCA-registered Claims Management Company operating in the Housing Disrepair sector. We have become aware of an unauthorised operation impersonating Quickleap and misusing our FCA registration details to approach solicitors’ firms and purportedly sell HDR cases. We have serious concerns that the cases offered may be fraudulent.

THE IMPERSONATOR DOMAIN IS MISSING THE LETTER “C” (UNDERLINED IN OUR GENUINE DOMAIN).

IMPORTANT: The impersonators may use ANY email address ending in @quikleap.co.uk — not just teamHDR@quikleap.co.uk. The part before the @ symbol could be anything (including info, admin, cases, accounts or referrals).

SOLICITORS — PROTECT YOUR FIRM

• DO NOT pay for purported Quickleap HDR cases without independent verification.
• DO NOT accept referrals or disclose confidential client information to unverified contacts.
• DO NOT rely on an FCA registration number alone as proof of the sender’s identity.
• DO preserve emails, messages, invoices, agreements and payment records if approached.

REPORTED TO THE FCA AND POLICE

We have reported this suspected impersonation to the Financial Conduct Authority and the police. Our information indicates that the operation is based in Pakistan. Quickleap has no affiliation with, and has not authorised, those responsible for the suspicious communications.
